Instructions for Use: 1.Thaw the pastry at room temperature, keeping it covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying. 2.Place your filling (vegetables, meat, etc.) near one corner of the sheet. 3.Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in both side edges, and roll up tightly (similar to egg roll technique). 4.Seal the edge with a dab of water or slurry. 5.Heat oil to 170–180?°C (340–355?°F) and deep-fry until golden brown and crisp (about 2–4 minutes). Drain and serve hot.
