Delivery Discrepancies 

Kindly note all delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 3 working days of the Delivery Date. Please be aware to have the paperwork signed with the total quantity check. If any discrepancies the paperwork must be signed by the driver.  We do not consider any issues after 7 days. 

Items Missing / Wrong Items  

If items are missing or being returned on delivery, please take note of it on both delivery notes and return one to our driver. We will either refund your payment or issue credit notes to subtract your balance depending on your payment term. 

Damaged / Short BBD (Best Before Date) 

If you receive damaged items, please take pictures as evidence and email them to us at customerservice@longdan.co.uk or your sales representative. We may ask you to return them, so please wait for our guidance before disposing of them. 

If you receive items with a short Best Before Date (BBD) or that are expired, please photograph the lot number and BBD on the packaging and send them to us via email. We'll initiate a Return Request on the next delivery and provide credit notes or a refund as needed. If the items are expired, we may request their return for investigation, so please wait for our guidance before disposing of them.
