How to order
Delivery Method
There are 03 delivery methods:
- - Internal delivery service using Longdan's vehicles. You can have mixed order of ambient, chilled and frozen goods with this method;
- - External delivery service using 3rd party courier (LTB). You can only place ambient order with this method;
- - External delivery service using 3rd party courier (Petergreen). You can only place frozen order with this method.

Lead Time
There are various lead time for delivery methods:
- - For internal delivery, the lead time will be as following:
- + London: 5 → 7 working days;
- + Portsmouth: 2 → 3 weeks;
- + Bristol: 2 → 3 weeks;
- + Birmingham: every Wednesday;
- + Nottingham, Sheffield, Leicester: 1 week;
- + Leeds: 1 → 2 weeks;
- + Liverpool: 2 → 3 weeks;
- - For external ambient express delivery (LTB), the lead time will be 4 → 5 working days;
- - For external frozen delivery (Petergreen), the lead time will be 6 → 7 working days;
Edit your order
Order Confirmation:
- Upon confirming the order on the website, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Order Modification:
- You have the right to modify your orders within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation on the website.
The information you can modify through your account on the website is:
- Product selection
- Quantity
- Delivery address
- Payment information
After 24 hours, if you wish to make changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service team directly. Our team will assist and guide customers through any necessary changes or adjustments.
Processing Time:
- We will endeavour to assist you in considering the possibility of modifying your order based on the current status of the order.
Payment Method
You can make the payment via 02 below methods:
- - Instant payment via credit card;
- - Payment term options, available for specific customer only. To see if your account is allow to select the payment term option, click here.
Tracking Your Order
Our customer service team will contact you at least 1 day in advance before the actual delivery date.
