Vietnamese Prawn Crackers are made with tapioca flour and shrimp. They are extra crunchy and have a slight tang due to the shrimp in it. Prawn crackers are a popular and common snack throughout Southeast Asia. They can also be used mixed in or as a side dish with salad.
