- For frying with rice, rice noodles, vegetables and all kinds of meat.
Won Ton Soup
- Pour 3 cups (675 ml.) water into the pot, heat until boiling.
- Add 1 packet (9 g.) Chicken Flavor Broth Soup Base Mix, stir together.
- Add 10 dumpling won tons, return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Add 1/2 cup chinese mustard green (cut into 1 inch. length), stir together.
- Pour into a bowl, serve while hot. Makes 2 servings.
Stir fried rice noodles with chicken
- Heat 1 1/2 tbsps vegetable oil over medium flame, add 1/2 cup (70 g.) chicken (finely sliced) and 1 packet (9 g.) Chicken Flavor Broth Soup Base Mix, stir together and fry until fully cooked.
- Add 100 g. rice noodles (soaked in boiling water for about 5 minutes, drained); 1/4 cup boiled carrot (cut into 1x2 cm.) ; 3 chinese mushrooms (soaked in warm water for about 1/2 hour, sliced), mix thoroughly.
- Add 1/4 cup scallions (chopped) ; 1 medium sweet pepper (cut into 2x2 cm.), stir together until done and serve. Make 2 servings.
