    Instructions for Use: Stir-fry diced lamb and quartered potatoes until cooked Keep aside Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add Massaman curry paste, 1/2 cup (100ml) coconut cream. Stir- fry until an aroma develops then lower the heat Add the remaining (300ml) coconut cream, 1 cup (200ml) water, lamb and cooked quartered potatoes. Bring to the boil. Add fish sauce, sugar and vinegar. Simmer until cooked through. Garnish with cashew nuts
