Instructions for Use: Heat oil in a frying pan or wok on medium heat. Add your choice of prawns, ham, onion and/or bacon and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add rice and the spice paste to the saucepan and stir fry for 2 minutes, stirring the paste thoroughly into your ingredients.
Push your stir fried mixture to one side and add 2 beaten eggs. Cook the eggs for 1 minute, before stirring into the rice.
Add a mixed selection of vegetable and stir fry for a further 2 minutes or until hot. Garnish.
